Yeah, this. People ask me why I'm so boring and I just feel like for those people, "excitement" =/= cops, emts, emergency rooms, or mopping up blood and other bodily fluids. Family =/= mentally ill, addicted abuse survivors who take their shit out on each other. Fuck exciting. Give me quiet and stability, please.

But yeah, at least I have a floor to mop and I can do the mopping myself. I have a job and it's not at a sweatshop. Someone somewhere probably deals with all the shit I do and a whole heap more that I can't imagine.
