Well, as long as it is coming back, does it matter? Or is there something about the channel that will host now that makes people think the show will change?

While neither Paul nor Mary have commented either way, Mel and Sue have both said they would not be joining the show on another network so there will definitely be some change.

And C4 won't produce the comedy after-show show either.

The show has a very particular understated feel that (as other country's spin-offs have shown) is very difficult to reproduce. At least two of the four hosts are going and it's going to a commercial channel.

The format will have to change, because Channel 4 does commercials, so the Bake Off will go from an hour long uninterrupted show with Mel and Sue as hosts to being a 40-45 minute show with regular commercial breaks and no Mel and Sue. Even if Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry stay, that's a significant change.
