I'm curious now. What did she do and what was the punishment?

She was Jessica's neighbour at her childhood home. When Jessica was a teenager, her family was in a car accident and she was the only survivor. Kilgrave (who has mind control) has brought her back to her childhood home in a creepy attempt to court her, and the neighbour is going on and on about how she definitely knew that something was going to happen to that poor family. Kilgrave makes her tell the truth, which is that she didn't know anything, she made it up because she is sad and lonely and likes to stick her nose into other people's business. It's really excruciating to watch her ego collapse.

Later, Kilgrave makes her blow herself up with a bomb, but Jessica doesn't know about that bit, so I'm not sure if the OP is including that in the punishment or not.
