What's something you love but you're terrible at?

Singing and dancing!

Also, acting. (Although I'm decent at improv.)

... I was not meant for the stage.

Video games. I love them so much but am average at best. I've had to abandon a lot of games because I could not get the hang of certain playing mechanics.

Singing!

This is my answer, too. I'll happily sing along to my favorite songs, but I'll never do it in public*, because nobody needs to be subjected to my crappy singing voice :p.

*Unless I'm at, like, karaoke or being goofy with friends or something, that is :D.

I love language but I just can't learn a second one.

Writing songs and making music.

I've always wanted to make a song, from start to finish, but music writing is NOT my forte. I may be able to fart out some lyrics, but I can't do anything else :(

Art. I have no art skills, but I enjoy making things. I have no athletic skills and asthma, but I enjoy the idea of learning fencing and martial arts.

Skateboarding. I don't have the balance and am far too stiff.

Soccer. I love it so much, but I suck at both running and playing. If I could kick a ball around with a bunch of dogs, I'd fit right in.

Art and music.

Music I could probably get technically proficient in but I'm not creative in it.

Art I have aphantasia, which might be related to the music thing? I've heard it can cause overlap. My technical skills aren't bad! I can copy pretty darn well. When it comes to anything that requires originality in the slightest I suck, hard. I don't 'know' what anything looks like. I don't know how to change something to make it look right. I see color fine, but I'm bad at IDing what a color is and will name them wrong.

It's like... I can look at a picture of a dog and go "That's a dog" but take away the picture and tell me to draw a dog and my mind is blank. I know the paper does not have a dog on it, but I can't figure out what to do to the paper to make it have a dog on it. It's like someone sits you down and tells you to draw a 'Salix alba' "What's that?" "It's a Salix alba, just think about what it looks like and draw it!"

There are many things I have come to terms with that I suck at and could get better at, but I don't really care enough to. Art will always sting.
