Source on more and more people being born without third molars.

My mother and brother don't have them, so I know it happens, but there's little evolitionary pressure to bring about the change since they don't cause serious problems until after people are of reproductive age (so they have babies and pass on their genes before dying of wisdom tooth-related problems) and these days, people with access to modern demntal care just get them removed and go on to pop out more wisdom tooth babies.
