Given Snape's abuse of children and the fact that he was cool with Voldemort murdering Lily's baby, in the hope of getting to fuck her later, I conclude that she'd be Snape's sex slave, as he murders and cannnibalizes minority kids on a daily basis.

I back that conclusion, with the further given fact that James sexually assaulted Snape using a spell Snape himself created, and must have used for James to even know it existed. My guess? Snape tested it on Lily. Ergo he's already sexually assaulted Lily once, he'd do it again.

If they were to engage in that sort of relationship Snape would probably be the submissive one. He'd watch as Lily fucked other men or he'd let her peg him. There was nothing to indicate he'd be forceful or aggressive whereas James threatened to hex her and abuse her friends to get her to date him.
