Athena was definitely cheated, but at the same time, Apollo got the storyline and development that he's been desperately needing since AA4. In an ideal world for me, Athena would have gotten Nick's screentime instead, since having him as a playable character clearly doesn't work any more - I don't buy that at 36, 12 years after his first case, he's still so easily flustered in a courtroom. Keep him around as a mentor, but his internal thoughts make no sense any more.

Though, I loved 6-4. Even without an investigation, it was still a fun case to put together, and Uendo is absolutely one of my favourite one-case characters. Seeing Nahyuta getting so flustered after being shut down by the Judge, that was awesome.

I'm not sure where you saw her being humiliated, though? Nahyuta was being horrible to her, but the way that she bounced back showed more maturity than Nick did in half of his cases (and can we talk about the double desk slam when she got really angry?). Don't forget, it's only her third case where she's in the lead defence role (counting stepping in for Apollo in 5-1 for 30mins), and the second time she's gone in without co-counsel, so she's a lot less experienced at this stage than Apollo was at the point of 4-4.
