I agree with you about sushi and would also mention squid, because some of the sushi shops I frequently buy from include a squid nigiri piece in their larger nigiri packs. I particularly like raw salmon.

The idea of cooked avocado sounds weird, except one recipe I ran across on Facebook for avocado chocolate brownies, but I haven't tried that yet. I prefer avocados mashed with a sprinkle of salt and a little lemon, and spread on toast, or corn thins.
