I do hire someone to clean my home (a few hours once every two weeks), even though I'm on a budget bordering on broke. I'm pretty frugal otherwise and I consider it self-care. I hate cleaning and I suffer(ed) from depression. A dirty/messy home would only make that worse, but I know I wouldn't do it myself.

As for feeling guilty...Sometimes. She isn't well off, I don't think she has many options and she's literally doing something I don't want to do. But I treat her the way I'd want to be treated and pay her a decent amount. It definitely feels weird on occasion though.
