I honestly wonder sometimes if it's just because of the fandoms I'm in or because I post fic mostly just to AO3 or what, because this has almost never happened to me, and I've written interracial or POC ships in several fandoms now. I think I only once got a comment like that, in MCU fandom, and even that was talked through fairly quickly. Is it because I post to AO3? Or something else?
