Am same Anon, and not even canon dynamics just having a varied cast is more opportunities of even smaller pairings. While I did not ship anyone in "Sleepy Hollow" and the main ship in fandom did not appeal to me because it reminded me of how show runners might ruin things for me (for some it might be grand) with pairing leads working on projects together. "Bones" was my main whinge while my mum loved main couple. Point is, can't name a ship with only white people in "Sleepy Hollow" sans Ichabod and Katherina and am sure they were not popular in fandom at all. It is a point for the show even if I did not really like it.
