I think most people go out daily or close to it? I'm not entirely sure because I work from home and I'm very reclusive and don't live alone, so it all combines to mean I could go weeks or even months without setting foot in public or seeing anyone other than my SO. I make myself go out every week day because isolation makes my depression worse, and I try to join my SO for things like shopping at the weekends, but can only do it sometimes because shops are so crowded then :(
