I don't mind that in a oneshot that's not about her (she makes an appearance with a smirk and a line of snark), and I haven't read enough fic about her (or in MCU at all really) to pick up a trend, but...well, is that really the trend? Makes me kinda sad if so.

you know how a lot of people in fandom will put female characters on a pedestal and refer to them as a "flawless goddess" who can do no wrong and is smarter than every other person in the cast? that's how many people write natasha in fic and it makes her boring as hell.
