I don't even think we should analyze or police self-awareness. I'm exhausted with policing period. I'm willing to give any writer the benefit of the doubt that they're just writing what turns them on.

And on a side note, I think the way to ameliorate internalized misogyny would be to pay everyone an equal wage and treat them with equal respect under the law, no matter their gender.
