I remember wishing that they would film the book's sequal. It focuses on Kate Hudson's and John Krasinski's characters. When I first read it, I remember really liking it. I re-read recently and had no idea why I originally liked it.

I haven't read any of Giffin's books, but Something Borrowed is in the pile on my side table because Barnes & Noble was offering it as a bargain priced book for < 5 bucks a few months back. I'm curious to know whether I find the book any better than the movie, in terms of characterization.
