I was intrigued by the crossover possibilities, so I did a quick search. Did you mean this one? Because that seems to be finished now. Anyway, I bookmarked it for later and will give it a try. *g*

The name does look familiar, and given the Aragorn/Arwen listing in pairings, it is probably the one I was thinking of. I know at one point someone linked to a picture set that took shots from old movies of Viggo and Liv's as a visual for Jaeger pilot versions of them.

Though now I also recall a great Modern AU I am fond of for Dragon Age 2 - a fic where Thedas and all the character roles (warrior, mage, Fenris' spirit warrior, dwarven crossbowman) are part of a big MMPORPG. The central story is that Garret Hawke plays a female character in-game, but has developed romantic feelings for a fellow player, Anders. Like I mentioned before, it managed to keep some of the over-all feel of Thedas by turning it into an online game the DA2 characters are players in.
