I'm not sure I would put Mr Darcy down as a "bad guy"; arrogant, yes, but not "bad"

I would put Logan and Rory from "Gilmore Girls" in this sort of plot distinction

He might not be a "bad guy", but he is an antagonist from Elizabeth's point of view for a good portion of the book.

He's also a dickhead, which I think falls into the meaning of "bad guy" that's relevant here.
