I have an ex like that. I'm the bad guy now, and she's playing her victim status quite well. Took me a year to stop having fear reactions to certain stimuli after we broke up, and I saw stuff from her current BF that's like a chilling echo of what my life used to be like, but nope, I'm the bad guy because gotta believe victims unconditionally.
