Not class/subject but actual specific events.

The time me and my friends had to hide in the emo closet to avoid getting in trouble.

I went to middle school in the desert, and often times we'd go a long while without rain.

During lunch we had a pretty free lunch reign; our campus was shared with the high school; So a few minutes before the bell rang, it began to rain , the first time in about two months, and all the kids went out to play in it. The teachers tried to stop us but we ignored them and kept going.

There's something endearing about kids being so jovial about rain.

Gym class days with the giant parachute. That thing was amazing.

Also, any time teachers gave you free reading time.

Yeah the parachute!

Also the little four-wheeled square scooters.

Unpopular opinion, I hated those scooters! They hurt my hips so much.

The parachute was always tight though.

Hrm. I don't remember those scooters.

Yes.

This was the best thing in P.E and I always wanted it to rain so we could do this instead.

It always awesome when you saw some other class using them as you walked by the gym.

As we were going to lunch I asked one of my friends if he wanted a tootsie pop cause I had some in my bag. He said yes, so I started digging in my messenger bag, but I couldn't find them, so I knelt down on one knee to dig through it, then I found them and held one out to him.

It was at that moment another friend of ours came along and burst out laughing cause it looked for all the world like I was proposing to him via lollipop.

Idk remembering it just makes me smile.

The guy who taught geometry in my high school was the laziest man alive, which made him an amazing teacher. Most days, he sat at his desk all through class and let us demonstrate proofs to each other. Getting to show off in geometry class made up for anything that sucked all the rest of the day.

Our school was being remodeled when I was in 4th and 5th grade, so the 4th grades classes were all out in trailers behind the school building. They worked fine, just a bit cold in the winter months, but my 4th grade teacher loathed them.

One day when I was in 5th grade, there was a really bad storm near us, and since there were tornado warnings, they actually had us go into the school building hall, and basically do the duck-and-cover against the lockers-- but I so distinctly remember seeing my 4th grade teacher standing at the window cheering the storm on, hoping it would sweep through and take out the trailers. I don't know if she was just trying to keep us all from being scared or not, but we were all losing it laughing during the entire process. It's one of my fonder memories.

I had a history teacher who would talk about events in semi-humorous story form.

I had a history teacher like that too!

I have a few ^_^;

In primary school, when there was snow or frost, the puddles would freeze. Fun to slide across :3

Also the time in high school when my music teacher brought chocolate fudge (and the recipe) for the class.

"Dear chemists
Your ice blocks have melted.
The green one tasted terrible!"
Left on the blackboard of the science classroom by the physics teacher, before my chemistry class did flame tests (burning ice block sticks that had been soaked in various chemicals).

The time when the physics teacher, who was very vocal about disliking a nearby town, included a question on an exam about an explosives truck driving through said nearby town and blowing up.

Freshman year band contest.

Hearing people saying random shit in the hallway.

Like one time, I was walking by the lunchroom, and someone started choking. When he was done, all he had to say was "I choked! I choked on the green Runt!"

Also, the time someone said "Moe!" five times, then said "Every time I see that kid, I'm adding another Moe."

There were others, but those two are my favorites.

I have fond memories of afternoons after school where my teacher was staying for a while so I had time to get on the classroom computer and play a cute educational game called "Maths Mansion", where you solved simple maths equations to move from room to room in a haunted mansion.

That was in 1986, second grade, I was 8 years old, the computer was a Commodore 64, and the game was on an old 5¼-inch floppy disc.

We had the good old Apple IIE computers in the early 90's. Giant floppy disks for them too. :)

When I moved back north at the end of '86, I returned to a small school I'd done 1st grade in, though I didn't get a classroom with a computer in it until 5th grade, and that was an Apple IIE. I didn't use it much during that time though.

I didn't have any serious computer classes until 7th grade, and that was on Mac 2s.
