Re: Why do porn apologists think being anti-porn is the same as being anti-sex?

What am I if I'd rather watch porn than have sex?

A complete fucking asshole who is so entitled that you think your inability or unwillingness to get laid is a good excuse for knowingly supporting an industry built on rape, abuse, and human trafficking.

Congrats, I guess?

Maybe just a very independent, self-reliant sort of person?

I mean, this could definitely point to you having some interpersonal/intimacy/control issues, if you feel like it's a problem.

But if you're okay with preferring solitary fantasizing and getting off to partnered sexual activities, then that's completely okay. You do you - literally.

nayrt

"solitary fantasizing"

Porn is not fantasy. Real people are abused and degraded in the making of porn. What the fuck is wrong with you?

DA All of society is based on abuse and degradation of real people. You just have to decide which of those you're ok with.

I saw an article that showed the factory conditions of people making those bright shiny Disney toys that line the shelves.

I hear about how the movie industry cheats and abuses its employees.

When I go to JoAnn fabric I know they 'encourage' their workers to sign away their legal rights to breaks and food and how long they can be scheduled without overtime so they can sell fabric and crafts and knickknacks probably made in the same condition as those Disney toys.

The reason people say being anti-porn is being anti-sex is because literally the only thing porn has different about it is the sex.
