I get this. John is my favourite Beatle, (many) warts and all, but I adore Ringo. Apart from doing a bang-up job on the drums, he just seems like such a lovely dude. All the other Beatles had moments of asshole-ish behaviour (some more than others), but Ringo's just this chill dude who kept his cool, didn't implode any friendships, and played his drums.
