I just picked up Yokai 2 and love it, and I'm looking forward to Pokemon next month just as much. Plus I play SMT.

Just give me all the games where I collect mons, I love 'em all. So I feel you, and I agree about the pros and cons of both battle systems.

You like what you like. They ALL have their pros and cons. I really don't get why that seems to be such a huge deal.

I've wanted to try this out because Jibanyan is absolutely everywhere in Tokyo lol and I tried his chocolate bar at a Youkai Watch audition (OISHII)

But the anime turned me off. I don't remember what it was exactly, but I think... if I remember correctly, Jibanyan is kinda pervy? lol

Not really related to the secret, but... the truth is, I lost all my interest in YW and it terrifies me.
The series is a love letter to everything I adore and want to work on in the future as a creator, but months of working at the wiki and no fandom interactions except for trolls and crappy editors drained all the enthusiam out of me. Some bad adaptation choices for YW2 were the finishing blow.
I really don't know what to do and how to recover from this...

(Yes, this is pretty much secret material, but I'd be found out immediately anyway, so... I just wanted to get this off my chest.)
