What fanfic have you gotten off to?

I think the first fanfic I actually used as masturbation material was Garak/Bashir.

Buffy/Spike was the first ship I got off to, way back when. That scene where they beat each other up and then fuck in the derelict house was hot. Messed up, but hot. It's little wonder I sought out smutty fanfic after that.

I now use Omegaverse fanfic featuring my current OTP as my go-to for wank material. Which is something I feel a bit weird about, because I find Omegaverse really squicky at least half the time. Sometimes I even find it squicky at the same time as I find it hot enough to get off to. One half of my brain is like, "OMG NOOOO MAKE IT STOP!" and the other half is like, "Just ignore the squicky parts and KEEP READING, this is REALLY fucking HOT."
