see I didn't even realize that was Doctor Who. Lol. I only watched Nine's season and a few episodes of Ten. Not surprised it's timey-wimey shenanigans

(I wouldn't ship them anyway because I'm not really into shipping happily married characters with other characters, but)

To add to the above comment, River (the daughter) is the older woman on the left, Amy (the mother) is the young on the right. And because the Doctor and Rive are married, Amy is his mother in law.

(And make a funny crossover with the Arrowverse. At least for me.)
