Bad times with tequila or bourbon?

My sister can't drink tequila because she got a food poisoning after a night of drinking and cheap food. So now her brain associates the two. :/

I don't think I've ever tried gin or cider. My alcohol education is woefully small.

My friend and I used to drink tequila, but then my friend got puking-drunk and now she can't stand tequila. So instead of learning our lesson and not drinking so much, we switched to whiskey. Because Supernatural.

Neither of them taste great to me, but people always try to give me tequila in fruit juice. I once woke up and I could smell that exact combination coming out of my pores. It was the worst. Even after I showered it was summer and I kept sweating tequila sunrise all morning.

I think bourbon and coke is one of those things that I was told I had to try once, and it is revolting. I hate both and putting them together just doubles that.

Gin and tonic is something you can get pretty much anywhere and it's difficult to mess it up which is why I like ordering it at new bars.
With ciders, if you like sweet drinks, try Rekorderlig or the sweet variety of Strongbow. Hard ciders are the standard. Bulmers, Magners. There are a lot of different ones to try.
