Today I have discovered that my feet have shrunk and grown in about 5 years. When I was younger my feet was 7.5 inches. It gradually shrunk to 7, then maybe 4 years ago it was 6.5. After some recent knee discomfort, I my feet measured and I'm back up size 7, inching closer to 7.5 (ha).
