Trying to find a comfortable position to sleep when you have injured your back and for some reason laying on your back is the one way you've never been able to fall asleep. So frustrating.

Seriously. Also, laying flat on your back all day gets very boring very fast.

Laying flat on *my* back hurts like fuck after about fifteen minutes. It's just not a good thing at all.

I've been trying to keep my knees up for some of the time. And I'm getting up for the bathroom. But I can't really bend over without a whole lot of pain, and my doctor said to take it easy for a couple of days. My car got hit last night, and then when I woke up this morning and tried to get out of bed I had weakness and muscle spasms. I seem to have strained some lower back muscles.

Oh, jayzus, that's the worst. Glad you weren't hurt worse. You can't prop up on pillows or anything? I can do knees-up for a while, but if you start to doze off, they flop down...heh.
