Emma/Hook, aka Captain Swan. I could've shipped it if there was a whole extra season between seasons 2 and 3 for him to start doing the right thing for reasons other than wanting Emma. Seems like they were headed that way at the end of season 2 Then any sense of remorse on his part for what he'd done to Bae or regret that he'd thrown away so much of his life on revenge that brought no satisfaction turned into 'Emma's "no" means "try harder."'

Not to mention...they put them together in order to get rid of Neal. Ugh. I fucking loved him, even if he was a tad bland at times.

Oh, oh, as to the whole "trust" thing. Oh, she couldn't fully trust Neal anymore, despite the fact that he was doing EVERYTHING he could to fix things and BE THERE for her their son, but oh, oh, she can traipse on and trust HOOK?
