What specifically are you having problems with?

Set alarms for how long you have to work on one thing before moving on to the next. OBEY THEM unless you're honestly a few minutes from finishing what you're working on when thr alarm goes off.

Do the things that can be finished quickly or have a long lag time (like laundry) first.

Don't procrastinate! When you know you have to do [this one small thing], do it. It will take five minutes then rather than letting it evolve and suddenly you have ten things to do that all take thirty minutes each.
