Rock Lee is a good example of how to manage oneself. He's been through a lot of Hell in his life, but he is still such a beautiful person inside and out. It feels like his suffering has made him a better person. Yes he has his low points in his life, who doesn't, but through beliefe in himself alone he got through it all.
He's one of the biggest inspirations in the Naruto verse, and I certainly look up to him for it. Kishimoto certainly knows how to write characters out, and Lee is a top example of that.
