Yup. This. I saw the other two things several times. there was an article about them no longer applying to troops. Not about them being all abolished though.

Her Brexit legislation will specifically cover withdrawing from the ECJ and ECHR, without those then human rights in the UK effectively become null and void. It is a classic piece manipulation of legislation, the Human Rights Act might technically remain in force (until that is removed, which is something the Tories backing May brought in during the Cameron days, so it is going anyway) but the legal underpinning from the act is removed.
