Once a government reaches the point of even discussing deporting all foreigners, much less "naming and shaming" people hiring them, then the comparisons become fair game as those were actual policies of the Nazis.

The Nazis had a lot of policies and I think you have to set a somewhat higher bar to justify the Nazi comparisons. 'just' anti-immigrant ethnonationalist bigotry doesn't quite reach that point.

Also, I think we need some receipts for the idea that the European Convention on Human Rights is the only thing keeping the British government from a policy of mass murder of dissidents and brown people.
