Any villain. Any at all. Hearing a villain's perspective on things would be both interesting and potentially hilarious.

If Steve Rogers was in our current world, I'd love to hear his thoughts on the political and economic climate.

Otherwise, I'd like an AMA with Magneto. He is the most complex villain I can think of.

Honestly? What it was like to fall off that clip (or plane, if comic book canon) thinking you're going to die and then come back. Because that's my own little personal morbid thing.

If more light-hearted, I'd probably ask him if that metal rm has perks in bed + examples.

Mike Schmidt, Jeremy Fitzgerald, or Fritz Smith -- Just to know how they really felt about being around "killer animatronics".

Megatron, for his perspective on the Great War of Cybertron.

First Sargeant Conrad "Duke" S. Hauser. Just because it's interesting to find out what it's like to fight against Cobra.

Cheesy answer, but: seriously just about all of them

There are so many characters I like who are amusing, interesting, have weird/horrible/fascinating/different backgrounds, are super powerful, have unique perspectives, etc.

It's very hard to pick.

If I had to pick one with the small amount of thought I've put into it right now, Urdnot Wrex. I find krogan culture really interesting and want to know more about his family history, upbringing, and background as a mercenary. Also, Bakara because we don't see much of the female krogan perspective in ME.
