I think a hard line needs to be taken against people following around and bullying specific users. I also think a hard line needs to be taken against "kill yourself" comments and I don't think that becomes acceptable just because they're directed at someone who is also being a jerk (and in ways that only you can even see).

I don't entirely disagree, but "one strike and you're out" when you're the one being antagonized out of nowhere in the first place is too harsh. There are degrees between acceptable and not acceptable, and it falls under that middle ground to me.

At the risk of broken record-ing, if it KEEPS happening, it moves into not acceptable.

That's fair. I'm not saying "BAN HERPY NOW" or anything, nor am I saying "one strike you're out" necessarily. I just think those comments need to be taken really seriously and it kinda sounded like people were acting like it was justifiable because he'd been the recipient of bad behavior.
