um. a LOT of wolfram's fans. seriously, you guys get a bad name BECAUSE of how much you start shit with people who even slightly dislike wolfram OR pair yuuri with another character.

not to say that YOU, specifically, are one of them-- i use 'you' in reference to the wolfram fans i'm talking about as a whole.

Okay... but besides that (which I'm going to have to say is an unfair stereotype - I've been in the KKM fandom since 2005, and as far as I know, there hasn't been any major shit started for at least a year or two; if anything, the people starting shit are people like whoever posted this secret), what are we doing wrong??

yeah, really? i've been in the KKM fandom since '05, too! wish i could say i wasn't there for that long, but! :')

and i'm about to admit, perhaps i am being a little unfair about this, lumping all of wolfram's fans in the "batshit fangirl" category, but come on. i've noticed a LOT of instances where my friends, other KKM fans, we've been jumped on for having any slight distaste for wolfram. or, for that matter, shipping yuuri in any pairing other than wolfram/yuuri. and i'm being completely serious.

and i'm not talking about major wank being started over this. it usually doesn't start huge drama, but it IS annoying. annoying enough to drive me out of the fandom completely.

also, what you're doing wrong? um. this IS what you're doing wrong.

So we're wrong for starting drama that I haven't seen going down since about two years ago?? Okay... I'll take that... It's fair to say something like that, I guess, because I was witness to some major blow ups, and I can see why some people would blame the Wolfram fans for it. I'll also admit that there are some pretty immature fangirls who call themselves Wolfram fans.

But I don't think it's fair to say that it's only the Wolfram/Yuuram/Wolfyuu fans causing the problems. I could counter that by saying that it's the Conrad/Conyuu fans, because in my experience, I've found the Conrad fans to be largely unpleasant. That's not to say they all are, because they're not, but as a majority they seem just as whiny and "batshit fangirl"y as people have been saying lately that the Wolfram fans are.

As in every fandom, I'm inclined to believe that it's not one specific group of people over another. It's a combination of everyone and everything.

Personally, I'm sick of everyone attacking each other with these sorts of things. Like, can we not get along?? If so, great! If not... then I think every side just needs to keep their mouths shut and mind their own business, or we're always going to have these sorts of stereotypes and assumptions floating around.

you're bringing up a good point, here. it really isn't JUST the wolfram fans who do this. although i believe people are just pinning this stereotype on the wolfram fans, because... well, this is what they mostly notice.

and! i do apologize if i have seemed a little smart-assed and biased through this thread, because i'm pretty sure i'm not being the most mature debater here, either. i swear, i'm gonna end up giving murata/yuuri fans the "bitter, jaded fangirls" image one of these days. :(
