With the current political bru-ha-ha of the day (American Politics, natch), what's your favorite popcorn? Is it a topping, how it's popped, your add-ins?

Fresh movie theatre popcorn (butter flavor, of course) is best. Of course, I only say this since I used to make it.

I also enjoy all forms of caramel corn.

Caramel corn is nice. Also Popcorn with white chedder dust. Hell yeah.,

Real butter. Fake butter makes me sad, and cheese powder is the devil.

I love breaking Oreos into smaller pieces and putting them in with the popcorn. Give me a glass of chocolate milk too and I am basically in snack heaven.

Dang, now I'm hungry.

Chicago style is pretty good in a hurry (when I don't have time to make it myself) but when I get the chance I like to make a spice mix and toss it onto lightly buttered fresh popped corn.

Some examples:

a) garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, allspice or cinnamon, chili powder (chipotle, etc), salt, pepper.
b) mace, cinnamon, five spice, sugar, salt, pepper.
c) rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.

Also, if I'm feeling really frisky I'll just mix some Valentino's hot sauce into some butter and toss that on. Delicious.

I love fresh movie theater popcorn but I try not to eat it too often.

Lots of butter. Or cheese.

Movie theatre butter, white cheddar, and some Za'atar or Peri-Peri spice blend.

I like my corn unpopped, on the cob and freshly steamed, with just a touch of salted butter.

Movie popcorn with all the cheese dust toppings.

salted butter popcorn is the best. Not a big fan of sweet popcorn, and really not caramel. I'm not a big popcorn fan though, I always end up picking little bits of kernel from my teeth and gums for days not matter how well I floss or brush

We only have salty and sweet in cinemas in my country (no toppings or anything) and a very small variety of other flavours like caramel for microwave popcorn. Not a fan of microwave popcorn. I like sweet and salty popcorn mixed together.

Salt only popcorn with no butter. I hate the taste of butter. Caramel corn is nice when I can get it.

Sharp white cheddar cheese popcorn mixed with caramel. Love it love it love it. But nothing beats fresh movie-theatre popcorn with butter, omg. :)

I love cheese popcorn. But caramel corn is great too. And movie popcorn with lots of melted butter.

I like "Chicago Style" which is Buttered, Caramel, and Cheddar mixed up.

I also like the White Cheddar SmartPop.

I love plain popcorn so much. I feel like popcorn has almost a creamy taste? I love it. It's a great source of fiber too!

I love making it with coconut oil and cinnamon as well, it's really nice and cozy. And one of my favourites is extra, extra butter with salt and vinegar powder~

The texture of sweet popcorn is really nice, but it's easy for me to have too much (maybe even two handfuls is too much) and I always end up feeling kind of sick after.
