You can't really get suet in the states, unfortunately.

I don't know, Amazon sells some and I would bet there are other places too. I myself would probably substitute in shortening or lard, or bacon fat, (probably freezing, then grating, then freezing again for a better texture match).

Yes, you can. I've seen it sold in large grocery store chains (albeit seasonally) and you can also ask at a real butcher's shop. It's not common, I'll grant you, but it's not impossible to obtain.

Order online lol. It's possible to obtain just about anything.

Or like others have suggested, substitute lard. It's very nearly the same thing.
