First of all, yes. I am definitely saying that no one in the history of the Internet has ever used hyperbole. In fact, I don't believe that anyone in the history of the written word has ever used hyperbole.

Second, I sympathize with your concerns. I think that it is weird when people insist that a real person IRL actually, really does fit into some weird unlikely theory that they have. I don't know how relevant that was to a thread on fandomsecrets about which male pop singer would be the hottest lesbian. I think it was a little bit unrelated. I don't think that anyone here thought that Bruno Mars was actually a lesbian. Perhaps I'm wrong. Either way I strongly respect your burning desire for justice with regards to peoples' interpretations of celebrities on the Internet.

"I don't know how relevant that was to a thread on fandomsecrets about which male pop singer would be the hottest lesbian."

That, my friend, is called a joke. The fact that in my initial comment I used the phrase "transfeminine demiqueer bunselves" really should have tipped you off to it's status as a joke. You responded to this obvious joke with "You seem angry," to which I responded "Probably 'cause I am." in typical hyperbolic-snarky-internet-comment nature. Because I foolishly assumed you were in on the joke.

Your subsequent comments have made it clear that you took that flippant comment way too seriously, and you now seem to have convinced yourself that I am some sort of wacko anti-RPF crusader who gets enraged by creepy tinhatters. It's kind of hilarious.

And no, I don't think anyone believes Bruno Mars is a secret lesbian in real life. Xzhe is clearly a polyqueersexual transbinary ponykin, how dare you misgender xzhim.

You're right. I'm clearly the one who's mad here; you've been extremely reasonable, and don't care about anything, and are probably laughing about all this.

Yeah, I am actually laughing about this. I'm sure you're laughing at me too, probably because you think I'm being just as ridiculous as I think you're being.

"and don't care about anything,"

Where did I ever say that? You're silly.
