Storebought bread is rather bland. Homemade bread absolutely shouldn't be, and if it is, someone's doing it wrong.

Yeah, and good batch of home-made scones are a treasure to eat too, especially pumpkin scones. I think I have only ever made pumpkin scones once though.

Store-bought scones? Well cafe scones can be good, but I wouldn't trust supermarket ones. Maybe this is the effect of a mother who is good enough at scones she supplied the school cake stall.
