As a defense lawyer, she got a child rapist off on a technicality and laughed wryly about the situation that allowed her to do that.

I'm not even gonna touch the rest of this trainwreck, but you do know that she had no choice at all in defending the guy? Like, she would have been in contempt of court if she'd said no. And the 'laughed about it' was actually 'laughed about how lie detectors are actually shit and no-one seems to get this, why do people not get this, I wish people got this'. So I'm just going to assume that you're another shouty loon, and go back to the kitten gifs.

THIS. Anon from above, did you listen to the recording? I listened to the whole thing. She did not laugh about getting her client off. She laughed about lie detectors, and I think also about the incompetence of the prosecution.
