I agree. There are plenty of things I don't like, but it is her universe and she can do what she wants. People are free to ignore whatever they don't like, but it is her world and she decides what is canon and what isn't.

It's her universe to do as she pleases. I readily ignore certain pieces of canon when I'm writing fic/enjoying things.
