Folding clothes. No matter how much I practice and how carefully I try to lay them out and make neat folds, they end up a wadded mess. I just hang up everything I don't want wrinkled.

Spelling. A lot of the time vowels kind of sound the same in the middle of a word. Speech not speach, but it sounds like speak. People say it shug-er not shug-gar, but sugar it is. Spellcheck and google changed my life, man.
