10. Agree a million times over.

I love Miyazaki. He makes great family films. But Kon makes great adult films. Every time I hear Miyazaki is coming out with a new movie I think, "Oh, it's going to look gorgeous." When it's Kon, I think, "Oh, I can't wait to hear the plot."

I only wish Kon would make more films. He's like an anime sci-fi Hitchcock wrapped in a Ridley Scott.

I love both of them, and I really just can't compare then, although I do get sad when people don't know Satoshi Kon. I mean, c'mon, here! The man's earned it! Isao Takahata's also really unknown, which is too bad. >:
