I take it a step further and enjoy it if people describe how they act and sound as they orgasm.

Are they loud or quiet? Are they quiet until they climax? Do they make noises the whole time? Do they say words or just make noises? Does their face go through a contortion of expression or stay more or less the same? Do they flush red? Does their voice change in volume and/or pitch as they get closer to climax? Do they close their eyes? Do they grab at their head/their partner/whatever they're having sex on? Do they have one big boomer orgasm or several in a row?

This goes for men, women or whatever other genders there are.

A favorite resource for a variety of people having real orgasms is beautifulagony.com and I use it as inspiration when I write characters getting off in fanfics.
