All Dragon Age fandoms are het dominated, with the most popular LI choices the white dudes. But that's also got a lot to do with the self-inserty nature of those ships.

I don't know, for DA2 m!Hawke/Fenris and Hawke (m/f)/Isabella seem to be very popular. Also, Dorian/m!Inquisitor seem to be up there, too.

In all DA fandoms, counting AO3 numbers alone, het fics are doubly the number of slash, though, and a lot of those slash numbers are side pairings in main het fics.
