Or my favourite, HH:I where they're in places like GB or France or basically any other country than the US where homes and apartments are typically NOT palatial and they do that sneery 'how does anyone live like this?' type comment.

As an American, those moments make me wince. I totally get that we're used to lots of living space, huge kitchens and fridges, etc. But a lot of people have forgotten it's not necessary in order to live and that not everyone lives in a mansion.
