Work is full of candy (where the problem must occurs).

That's tough. Is there any way to outright avoid going in the room where the candy is? Or to put the candy in a cupboard or drawer where others can access it easily but you can have out of sight?

But eating it isn't part of your job, surely? Bypass the candy bowl physically, if you can. If you can't, then give yourself something to do to distract yourself when you go past it. But seriously, just don't grab a handful of candy. You have control over your muscles. Just don't do it.

This. You have total control over whether or not you grab another handful of jellybeans, so just don't do it.

Honestly in that sort of situation I avoid as much as possible, allow myself one or two in a day if I'm having a craving, and tell myself I need to be satisfied with just that. Usually that works better for me than not touching them at all.

Either keep a snack on hand that's not as bad for you as candy (raisins or sunflower seeds or something), or chew gum, so you keep your mouth busy and candy maybe isn't as attractive.

If people are pushing candy on you, tell them you're trying to cut back on sugar and no thank you, and if you have a bowl or a little horde in your desk, toss it.

Good luck!
