Yeah I think that might be it.

I don't think I've ever gotten motion sickness from games before. Something about this one.

The shakiness/blurryness could very well have something to do with it. Personally, I can't play (or watch, it's even worse when watching) Minecraft, of all games, without getting massively motion sick. With other first person games, it all depends on the speed you have to play them at - I'm alright with stealth games, but hectic shooting and running around? Not so great.
