If you're female, can you take birth control pills? I used to have absolutely horrible acne (creams, soaps, powders, diet changes, etc. didn't work; my face was even painful to touch), but once I was put on a birth control pill I didn't have problems with acne again, just the occasional pimple once every few months. It even got rid of the godawful cramps I had from my periods.

I know it doesn't work for everyone, just thought I'd offer a suggestion!
