Actually I would argue that most the Silverflint shippers know exactly what's gonna happen. Regardless, just because TI is supposed to happen in this universe at some point in the future doesn't mean that it can never happen in the first place.

Also, is it so wrong for fans of a show they love to daydream about things turning out alright for characters they like and have 'everyone lives everything is fine' headcanons? I think most people (or myself at the very least) are perfectly aware that this show is going to go down a very dark and shitty path for the last season and it's unlikely anyone is going to survive, let alone get a happy ending.
